My new favourite company!! I learned years ago about the dangers of candles so swapped all my candles for pure beeswax, the only downside is there isn’t a scent, but as far as I knew a pure beeswax candle with only natural essential oils didn’t exist. Then I discovered Babel, not only are their candles pure beeswax and naturally scented with essential oils- it’s all organic ontop!! To make it even better, they use a wood wick which makes the most amazing relaxing crackling sound, like being near a fire place. Honestly it’s heavenly. On top of this, it arrived lovingly packaged, hand written note, and eco friendly packaging. I am so so over the moon to have discovered them, and I will only be purchasing these candles from now on, and gifting for friends, as the thought of gifting a “normal” candle which pollutes the air and is full of carcinogens makes me shudder. Absolutely love this candle! The scent is gorgeous and lingers for ages even after it’s been blown out. The tin it comes in is beautiful too — I’ll definitely be reusing it once the candle’s finished. Really impressed and would happily buy again!
